Jason Geh
Jason Geh, born in Penang, Malaysia had his academic studies in St Xaviers Institution. At the same time, he was learning Piano and Electone(Organ) and manage to complete his L.T.C.L Diploma in Piano when he was 16 years old.
At 17, Jason Geh was the first Malaysian and South East Asian contestant to win the Grand award in the 1988 Yamaha International Electone Festival in Paris, France. He was singled out from 15 other finalist from around the world i.e U.S.A, Japan, France, Australia, Mexico, Gremany, Indonesia, United Kingdom etc by a group of prestigous panel of judges among others Keith Emerson.
This composition entitled "Hallucination" was composed by Jason Geh and performed on the Yamaha HX-1 Electone. Apart from walking away with US10,000 dollars prize winning, he received the Guinness Stout Effort Award the following year and is also being featured in the Malaysian Book of Records for his outstanding achievement as a Malaysian.
In 1990, Jason move to Petaling Jaya and was working with Yamaha Music Malaysia as a Keyboard Specialist.
1995 was the year Jason joined Michael Veerapen as a Music Producer and Arranger. During his stint at the studio, he manage to produce Francesca Peter's Album "Setinggi Angkasa" & Casey's "Menatap Memori".
In 1996, Jason was performing and touring with Lewis Pragasam's band "Asiabeat".

~3rd Niigata Asian Culture Festival, Japan in 1998,
~Thunderous Drums, Singapore in 1999,
~Phillips International Jazz Spectacular, KL in 2000.
2001 - Due to his easy going attitude and the musical ability to adapt to different bands and musicians, he became the most sought-after Keyboardist and Pianist in KL. He has perform in countless corporate shows, festivals, product launches, birthdays, weddings with various combinations of band settings.
Jason was appointed by Freddy Fernandez to become the Music Director for Konsert Merdeka KLCC 2005 and JazzCafe programmes showing on TV 2, 2006. Those projects gave him the oppurtunity to work with top local recording artiste like Anuar Zain, Mawi, Zainal Abidin, Ning Baizura, Noryn Aziz, Rahim Maroff etc
Other artistes Jason has collaborated with were John Kaizan Neptune, Liza Aziz, Deanna Yusoff, Max Pellicano and Kamahl.
With his vast musical knowledge, experience, sensitivity and versatility, he established "Jason Geh Entertainment". Their concept is to assemble seasoned musicians/ singers that are able to express themselves in various genres of music from Jazz, oldies, pop, world music, R&B, acoustic, motown to Latin, funk, country, fusion, evergreens, classical, light rock and dance music.
Jason is currently base in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia providing live Jazz Bands, Groups, Ensembles, Strollers, Musicians from solo, duo, trio, quartet, quintet, sextet, performing for corporate events, annual dinners, product launches, fund raisers, weddings, private functions, cocktail receptions, parties, birthdays, anniversaries, club gigs and more.
